Product Registration

We guarantee a damage for any mistake from our production process include the flaw of air conditioner’s parts but exclude any Refrigerant systems, Electric systems, Win pipe systems, any checking, Cleaning, and improper using. Those we will serve you without any charge within 1st year.

• For spare parts have warrantee for 1 or 2 years ( guarantee will difference in each models depend on selling company policy) start in set up date or in delivery date no more than 30 days.
• Compressor’s warrantee 1, 5 or 10 years ( guarantee will difference in each models depend on selling company policy) but not include service cost, refrigerant, repair and any equipment cost as the below conditions :
  • Complete compressor checking form.
  • Take a photo of condensing unit and name page. That will show you model- serial number and refrigerant pipe at your set up area.
  • Documents or service contract need to specify checking and cleaning regularly.
  • For compressor years 6-10 we will checking at Bangkok and perimeter only. In case at other province have to contact with our agent only.
• We will guarantee for domestic product in Thailand only.
• For agency must return damage parts to head office within 15 days after parts changing date.
• An acceptation
  • Without warrantee card or uncompleted form to claim or need repair service.
  • Damage from set up not are in the manual’s standard or engineering or electric system, voltage higher or lower than set, short circuit, improper set up point.
  • The damage from any modify or changing an equipment that do not act from company agent.
  • The damage from any accident, delivery or natural disaster such as flood, conflagration, animals affect to damage.
  • Plastic broken, wear to use, rust, scratch, stain, color changing after set up the air conditioner.
  • Damage from using without any maintenances.
  • Damage from the brimstone, fuel oil, gas, organic matter or sea coast area, or any factors that affect to the parts and the air conditioner.
  • Bringing the air conditioner using in commercial, and industry with improperly using from factory design or factory’s standard.
• Product’s guarantee will complete when received the original copy of warrantee card with fill in customer name, address, set up date, serial no., fan coil no. within 15 days.
• Online registration via company web site will complete when the service center feed back received your information only.
